It’s time to use any of those dies that you may have over at the Anything Goes with Dies Challenge on Happy Little Stampers. For this month, I decided to use a new stamp set called Heartfelt Blooms. I used my oval stitched dies for the sentiment. I really love how the Emerald Envy ink just pops with the Tip Top Taupe ink. It’s just beautiful! Hope you can join us in this month’s challenge.
I would love to know what your favorite color combination is. Leave a comment below and let me know.
Happy April to everyone! Hope your enjoying the Beautiful Spring Weather. I decided this month to make something a little clean and simple. I started off with a stencil that I had purchased from Stamplorations called Rows of Hearts. I took a piece of SU Whisper White card stock and laid my stencil down and started sponging with SU crumb cake ink and then I decided to add another layer with the SU Baked Brown Sugar ink. After I achieved my desired effect. I applied by stenciled layer to a piece of Baked Brown Sugar card stock and then to my Whisper White Card base.
For my sentiment, I cut out one 2″ circle in Whisper White and then added my Sentiment which is from Happy Little Stampers stamp set called Simply Said. I stamped my sentiment in my versa mark and then added SU Copper embossing powder to it. After heat setting it, I then went on a search for a Heart die that I thought would match what I was looking for. I found my Simon Says Stamp Simply sketched heart die. I used Baked Brown Sugar card stock for my heart. I popped my stitched circle with the sentiment and the heart die with stampin dimensionals to pop them up.
Let me know how much you like to use stencils and what is your favorite one in the comment sections below.

For this month, I chose to use the Stampin Up! Seaside Shore Stamp set and the Shooting Stars Framelits Dies. I have to admit this is my first time making a card like this but I found it very easy to make. I know there appears to be quite a bit of stamping and coloring but overall the card doesn’t take to long to make. In fact, I made 9 of them for swap groups that I’m in.
To make this card I did the following:
Started with my A2 size card base
Cut out a piece of Black card stock 4″ X 5.25″
Cut my Pool party card stock 3.75 X 5″
Stamped my Bubbles (to make my background in Soft Sky)
Stamped my sea weed with Momento Black
Colored in my sea wood with Pool Party & mint macaroon (on the tips)
Use my Circle slider frame lit to cut out the center and then stamped my sea weed and colored them
I then used a piece of whisper white card stock to stamp my sentiment, fish, anchor, sea shell and star fish
I then fussy cut each one out
I used stampin dimensionals behind my bubble background layer in the corners and the center of my circle
I used a circle punch (the size approx of a penny) to make the slider that would take the fish around the circle frame lit. I put a dimensional in between the two circles and one below the fish.
I then applied the layers ( anchor, seashell, sentiment and starfish ) to my card. I did use stampin dimensionals for everything except the anchor.
Lastly, I used my wink of stella to add a little bling to make images.
For the inside of the card, I used my piece that was cut out to go around my sentiment and stamped sea weed at the bottom of my card. I added another fish to swim inside as well.
Please leave me a comment as I love to hear from all of you. Have a Wonderful week!

It’s that time again, another Wonderful Challenge over at Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies. For this month, I decided to use the Stampin’ Up! Jar of Love Stamp set and dies. I started off by choosing my color scheme. I went with Mint Macaroon and Watermelon Wonder. I started off by using a stencil for background. I sponged it with both of the colors (Mint Macaroon/ Watermelon Wonder) and then started adding my layers. I stamped the jar and (3) flowers then added my sentiment (Thanks). After stamping, I then used my jar and flowers dies to cut them out. Once finished with this portion, I carefully figured out where my jar would be and started stamping the branches. I added dimensionals to the back of the jar to make it pop up and then added the pearls to the flower centers. I also, cut a piece of Watermelon Wonder ribbon for the bow on top of the jar.

It’s a new month over at Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies and I’ve decided to use some new dies that I bought just recently. This set is called Rose Wonder and it had coordinating dies called Rose Garden Thinlits. I decided to start off by using another stamp set called Work of Art to stamp behind my Rose with Crush Curry. I then used my thinlet leaf die to watercolor the leaves with Wild Wasabi. I added a little crumb cake dots from my Gorgeous grudge set and then layered my die cuts over the areas in which I had added the color. For my sentiment, I decided to stamp with versa mark and then emboss the sentiment with gold. I also decided to add just a piece of washi tape to add a little more to the card.
Be sure to join in the fun and enter your cards or projects that use dies. You could win a $15 gift certificate from Happy Little Stampers.
Have you ever bought a stamp set and die set that you just think is so cute. Well this is one of those for me. I was recently out at Scrapbook Expo and saw this set by Stamps for Life. I just loved the Supersize Fries, and just had to have it.
For this card, I just wanted to showcase the fries. I wanted to make a clean simple card, nothing to fancy. I started out by stamping on a white sheet of Whisper White paper the french fries. I then used my Spectrum Noir markers to color them in and used the french fries die to cut them out. After viewing, the one layer of fries, I decided to really supersize them by adding a second layer. I cut the fry box out in Real Red paper and then decided on the sentiment. The sentiment is embossed with white embossing powder. I added them to a whisper white background and then layered it with black on a whisper white base.
Thanks for joining me over at the Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies this month. For this month, I decided to showcase a card that I made for my mom’s best friend Judy. My mom and July share the same birthday but were born in different years. They have been best of friends since I was about 3 years old. Judy loves colors so I thought why not showcase a beautiful rainbow on her card.
For this card, I used the following dies MFT Rainbow die, Clouds dies and a sun die from Spellbinders. I used the Stampin Up! Marquee Messages Stamp set for the sentiments. Please leave me comments as I love to hear from all of you.
Be sure to play along with me over at Happy Little Stampers by linking up to the July Challenge.
With Father’s Day approaching us this month, I thought it would be fitting to make a card to let my Father-in-law know that it’s his Day. My father-in-law is an Awesome Dad. He is a Very hard worker (even though he is retired) and loves to spend time with family. He never fails to tell all of us how much he loves us. He is one of the Best Men that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and loving.
For this card, I started off by die cutting my sail boat with DSP and card stock. I chose to use a retired Stampin Up DSP in the green stripes and crumb cake for the 2 sails, the base of the boat is wood grain. The sailboat die is by MFT stamps. I then cut my clouds out and decided to sponge them with a little tempting turquoise. The waves are also by MFT Stamps and called Stitched scalloped edges. I used a retired Stampin Up! DSP paper for them. The sentiment stamps are from June’s Stampin’ Up! Paper pumpkin kit.
Please be sure and join us over at Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies for tons of fun! I would love to see what you come up with and remember that Kylie is so generous to give away a $15 Gift Certificate to one lucky winner!
