Happy New Year Everyone! Hope you all have a Wonderful and Blessed 2018. This month for HLS Anything Goes with Dies, I decided to use a stamp set that I got with the Stamp of Approval box from Catherine Pooler. I was inspired by Katrina who made a Beautiful Christmas card using this set.
This card is stamped on the very front and on the back carrying on the design to give it the total look. I just loved how this card looked that I decided to make 20 Christmas cards as well with this peacock. I will share the pictures with you in the next few days with some embellishments.

This month for Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies Challenge I decided to design a card with my cat punch in mind. I just got it about a week ago and thought what could I make with this punch. I broke out my SU Wood crate frame lit dies and made boxes for my cats.
For this month, I decided to use the new SOA Winterhaven collection from Catherine Pooler. Here’s my creation with the ‘Tis the Season Stamp Set, Here We Come A-Carloling Stamp Set and Joy Wreath Die. This card took a little while to make with all the embossing, cutting and glittering. But I absolutely loved it and can’t wait for some of my family and friends to receive the cards. I do have to say I saw a card made by Taheerah Atchia that inspired me to make this card.
It’s that time of the year again when we start thinking about the Holidays. Stores are filling up with all the decorations for Fall and Christmas. So it’s a good time for me to start on my Christmas Cards and to design a card for Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies. I normally try to have them finished by now but this year, I haven’t managed to get mine done yet. I did get the 100 done for the nursing home but not the cards for my family and friends.
Be sure to join in this month on Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies where you could win a Gift Certificate!
It’s time for a new ATC Challenge over at Happy Little Stampers. For this month, I have chosen to use a Stencil from my SOA box by Catherine Pooler and a sentiment from the SU Painted Petals stamp set. Join in and design an ATC Card and enter the challenge over at Happy Little Stampers. You could win a $20 Gift certificate.
Checking my emails this morning and I noticed an email from Freshly Made Sketches regarding their sketch #304. They have great sketches that you can use to design your cards. Since Irma, is heading our way I thought I’d take a break since everything that I could do to prepare for the storm was completed and I wanted to just get my mind on something else. (Like this sketch) I’ve been wanting to make a fall card but didn’t want it to be busy. So I came up with this card.
This month at Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge you are challenge to make Doodle ATC Cards. This is what I came up with. I haven’t doodled much but really started having fun doodling. I haven’t finished the set but plan on this weekend finishing the 6 that I started with.
There is always someone out there that we could send a little Thank You for Caring card too. Whether it be a friend or family member, everyone needs to hear Thank you every once in a while. It does make them feel good to know that your thinking about how they feel and appreciate them for caring about you. For this months Happy Little Stampers card, I decided to make a card to share with you. This card is simply made by sponging the background with a few different shades of greens and then adding some splatters onto the background to give it more character. I used the splatters from SU Gorgeous Grunge. For the top of the card, I decided to use my SU Flourish Thinlits to cut out the two shapes. I adhered this card base with stampin dimensionals to the top of my sponged/splattered card to make it stand up off of the sponged background. The sentiment is from the SU Label Me Pretty Stamp set and I punched the background for it from the SU Pretty Label Punch. Be sure to play along with Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies Challenge this month, you have a chance of winning a $20 Gift Certificate.
It’s ATC Time over at Happy Little Stampers. Come and join in the challenge to make an ATC or a collection of ATC cards that includes Animals. For this months challenge, I used a new stamp set that came out called This Little Piggy. I thought these pigs were so adorable. The backgrounds were done with my Gelatos and a stencil. Have you used Gelatos before? If so, what’s your favorite way to use them. Please leave me a comment below and let me know.
